Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the manifestation cards are included.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
